For those people interested in purchasing an individual dental plan, you can go to www.dentalplans.com, and see if they have a plan that will work for you.  We are providers for the Preferred Network Access Plan, Aetna Dental Access Plan, and the Dentemax Discount Dental Plan.  Membership in these plans allows you to pay a discounted rate in our office; they are not traditional indemnity dental plans. 

Financial Policy

We are happy to file your traditional indemnity insurance for you for cleanings, exams, x-rays, and typical diagnostic procedures.  They are generally covered at 100% with no balance payable by the patient.  For fillings, extractions, crowns and the like a deductible is usually applied, and we appreciate you paying that the day of your treatment.  We will bill the insurance company for the procedures and send a statement to you once they have paid their portion.  Once a statement is sent payment upon receipt is appreciated.  For larger balances we offer financing through Capital One at either 0% interest or a nominal interest rate.  Any balance that remains unpaid after 90 days is subject to being turned over to our collection agency.
